Zunyi Immersive Performance: Coordinating Multi-Surface Projection Across a Complex Stage
发布时间
Large-scalescenic performances often combine projection with physical structures, creating a stage where visuals need to remain aligned across multiple surfaces and changing perspectives.
For this immersive performance in Zunyi, China, layered scenic structures and wide projection surfaces were integrated into the stage design, allowing digital visuals to transform the environment throughout the performance.

Coordinating Projection Across Multiple Surfaces
The stage incorporated multiple scenic structures and projection areas, requiring visual content to remain coordinated across different surfaces throughout the show.
Five hecoos servers managed 13 projectors, including twelve 2K projectors and one 4K projector. The 1-to-4 control configuration allowed each server to manage multiple projection outputs while keeping playback centrally coordinated.
Stable Playback for a Dynamic Stage Environment
With projection integrated directly into the scenic design, visual content became part of the performance rather than a separate backdrop. Synchronized playback kept the different projection surfaces working together as the scenery changed from one visual sequence to another.
The combination of multiple projection resolutions and a distributed server configuration provided the processing and output capacity needed for the large-scale stage, allowing digital visuals to remain stable across the full performance area.
